Description Villa Selvatico
The fifteenth century Villa Selvatico, surrounded by a large park of three hectars, is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the country and it is also an excellent base for visiting all the tourist attractions in the Veneto. The artistic cities of the Veneto: Padova, Venezia, Vicenza, Verona and Treviso are all easy to reach in one hour, as well as the smaller although no less beautiful Bassano, Asolo and Castelfranco Veneto. The accomodation is offered by 5 comfortable apartments of various sizes plus one double bedroom. The apartments can sleep from 2 to 8 people and are equipped with air conditioning, heating, TVsat, wifi, telephone. The buildings are surrounded by a large park, where lies also a beautifull swimming pool with solarium. There are also playgrounds for soccer, as well as a BBQ area with table and chairs to take meals outdoor. Few metres from Villa Selvatico, along the Tergola river, a nice bike and pedestrian path is suitable for bike riding, running, nordic walking or just to take a relaxing walk. A small village with shops and restaurants is only 1 km far away. Available touristic and shopping informations about the area. Charming location, comfortable apartments, relaxing envinroment, suitable for couples, families, groups of friends.

At Villa Selvatico we welcome our guests in a familiar but always professional way, trying to make them feel at home. To those interested, we tell the history of the Villa and its surroundings and give indications on the places to visit in the Region, as well as on restaurants and shops in the area. Villa Selvatico is a place rich in history and charm, surrounded by nature and we love it, we hope to convey this passion to you too!

Apartment Glicine: first floor, 80 sqm, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms. Ortensia Room: first floor, 23 sqm, double bed, small fridge and coffee maker, large bathroom.

This is an excellent base for visiting all the tourist attractions of the Veneto. | Persone che gestiscono l'agriturismo disponibili e molto gentili. Qualsiasi richiesta evasa in tempi rapidi. Gli alloggi fuori dal comune, spazi ampi e ben distribuiti. Ampio spazio verde circostante. Consigliatissimo per vacanze distensive e tranquille. (Excellent) | |

We, a Swiss family, stayed four days at the comforable, spacious, luxurious Le Magnolie apartement. Villa Selvatico with its beautiful garden und is a lovely place to relax and to escape the stressful everyday life. It's a convenient starting point for day trips to venice and the near surroundings. | Abbiamo approfittato del ponte del 25 aprile per un lonk weekend in famiglia.
Siamo stati nel fogher. Appartamento ampio e con un arredamento che fa sentire a casa.
La villa è affascinante. Lo spazio intorno, prato e pineta è ampissimo. I bambini hanno giocato fuori tutto il tempo.
Abbiamo trovato estrema disponibilità ed accoglienza.
La posizione è strategica. Abbiamo visitato Venezia, Vicenza e ovviamente Padova.
La notte si dorme in un silenzio che a Roma si è perso.
