Villa Egizia is located in Battaglia Terme, on the southern side of the Euganean Hills, a few kilometres from Padua. The farm is located in the area of the Euganean Hills Regional Park. It extends over about 10 hectares on the gentle hillsides behind the 17th-century Villa, set in the greenery of a centuries-old park. The main vines are Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Raboso and Barbera; while the white grapes include Pinot, Riesling, Malvasia, Marzemino, Moscato Colli and Moscato Fiori D´arancio. The grapes are vinified directly in the winery. There are also lush olive trees and numerous fruit trees: apricots, figs, jujubes, hazelnuts, walnuts and cherries. The optimal exposure of the crops, the care taken in their processing, the attention paid to the environment and human health all contribute to the production of genuine, quality products. The restoration and renovation were carried out with the intention of recovering and enhancing the rural identity of the building. This will give you the feeling of going back in time, in an atmosphere of simple and genuine things. Hospitality is offered in just six rooms, in order to guarantee maximum tranquillity. Guests can enjoy a comfortable living room and a comfortable lounge where they can taste the farm´s products. There is also the possibility, for groups of at least 8 people, to stay in an autonomous house (4 rooms with private bathroom, kitchen and living room), in a secluded position overlooking the hill, with a splendid panoramic view. Each room has a double bed, a sofa bed for a third person, a fourth pull-out bed, private bathroom, heating. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
