Among the hill, at 530 m. on the level of the sea, plunged in the nature, in the green woods and together with the free fallow deer, you’ll live real rekaxing moments; you’ll enjoy the country flavours and you’ll take advantage of the mini railway. The holiday farm has e very panoramic and strategic position between Subasio Park and Colfiorito Park at: 20 minutes from Assisi, 20 minutes from Spoleto, 30 minutes from Perugia, 40 minutes from Trasimeno’s lake, 45 minute4s from Gubbio, and 95 minutes from Adriatic sea. In the holiday farm there is a cosmetic products from olive-oil and grapes. We have a good and tipical cooking of Umbria.
Very important is the swimming-pool and a pool for childrens and hydro-massage for adults

The flats provided with all modern comforts ( one is also for disabled people). Every flat is endowed of kitchen with many fittings, heating, TV and fire-place. One flat ( Green flat) is also for disabled people. There is one Chalet perfect for two people.
