The Masseria is an agritourism farm owned by the Buccini family, purchased around the 1940s and equipped with important agricultural facilities, such as olive groves with production of PDO oil, various orchards, as well as the breeding of farmyard animals. The property also has an artificial lake already used for sports fishing and a newly built swimming pool. Two of the three cottages that make up La Masseria have been renovated and turned into an agritourism farm, one for catering and the other for accommodation divided into four independent units. The La Masseria holiday farm is located in the hills of the Valpescara valley, in the municipality of Alanno (PE), within easy reach of the cities of Pescara and Chieti, and well connected to the other towns of Abruzzo. The La Masseria holiday farm comprises a farmhouse used as a living room; four rooms with independent entrances that can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. All rooms have personal hygiene equipment, television, and independent heating. The restaurant, run by a family, aims to make guests taste and rediscover the old flavours that distinguish the typical Abruzzi cuisine with a careful selection of strictly local raw materials. The menu varies according to the days and seasons. Reservations are appreciated. Relaxation by the pool. Solarium with deckchairs and sunbeds available to all our guests.
