Acclimatized in the scene, of the typical abruzzese hill, the Small farm is situated in a, strategic way since proximity of the sea (only 13 km) and of the mountain. The farm, to familiar conduction, respects principles of biological agriculture obtaining oil olive extra-vergine, yields, orticole cultivations, wine and honey. The agriturismo offers hospitality for 12 beds in double rooms with private bathrooms, equipped with TV, linens, fan, heating during set time slots, wooden furnishings and other natural materials that create a welcoming and family-like atmosphere. Furthermore, it offers the possibility to choose between bed and breakfast or half board... everything strictly produced by the agricultural company. Food and beverages cannot be consumed in the rooms; upon request and for a fee, quick snacks are prepared for lunch (sandwiches, fresh fruit, beverages, etc.). Apartments are not available but only double rooms that offer magnificent views of the Gran Sasso and Majella.

The pool, characterized by an enchanting panorama, is available to agriturismo guests. The dimensions are: 5.5m x 11m, with a minimum depth of 1.20m and maximum depth of 1.50m, ensuring the safest possible use. Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory for the hygiene and health of everyone. It features a solarium where you can also enjoy sandwiches, ice cream, and fresh fruit.
