Campoletizia is situated in Miglianico, in the region of Abruzzo, within the awesome hills of the Chieti province that extend from the Parco Nazionale della Maiella to the beaches ofFrancavilla al mare. It is a 9 rooms bed and breakfast; its restaurant offers both local traditional and non-traditional dishes, prepared with the highest standards of culinary art. Both the restaurant and B&B are immersed in an agricultural environment: 50 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, gardens, woods, orchards and a farmhouse, with a variety of animals. Here the "Agriturismo "produces and sells various goods like olive oil, wine, honey, pastes, jams, meats and salt meat from the original open-air breeding grounds of the "Maiale Nero " (black pig). TheCasa Rossa, with it 's 9 privately serviced rooms, each furnished with extreme care, provides guests with the opportunity to enjoy a truly pleasant stay. On the ground level are two areas, one the living room with fireplace, offering a delightful space for socializing or reading. The other a large dining room where guests can enjoy the “country side” breakfast. The surrounding countryside and spectacular views of the sea of Francavilla al Mare, Teatino hillsides, the Gran Sasso and the forest of Campoletizia are but a few of the possibilities at the guests’ complete disposal. Campoletizia also has a restaurant that offers typical traditional dishes from Abruzzo prepared with the utmost care by Letizia and Livia. The location of Miglianico as well as the easy access to the highway and new alternative route, also make it accessible from Pescara. Situated in the midst of a small forest of oak trees, with the seaside on one side, and the mountains on the other, it provides a warm and welcoming setting for its guests. Warm and welcoming is also a perfect description for its interior: A few tables, armchairs in front of the fireplace, antique restructured furniture all offer a relaxing and homely atmosphere in which to enjoy the various products produced by the "Agriturismo Campoletizia ".
