The agriturismo has a property in Pont Saint Martin, the first town of the Aosta Valley, strategically located near the ski slopes of Gressoney, the Forte di Bard, the climbing gym in Arnad, the Mont Mars Nature Reserve, the Coumarial lakes, and the ski slopes of Champorcher.

Additionally, there is another house located in Marine, a hamlet of Perloz, in the Gressoney Valley. This is a typical and charming house/cabin, recently renovated, surrounded by nature and chestnut forests, making it ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
