The farmhouses are an example of meeting of human needs and attention to nature. Rural tourism has declared a green footprint, and examples such as the Farmhouse La Corte del Lupo (located in Nocera Umbra, in the province of Perugia) demonstrate it perfectly.
At this farm is in fact in progress small green revolution. The guests are in fact invited to recycling and use multiple times towels and sheets to avoid wasting water, while managers offer products at km 0 and publications in recycled paper. The objectives are very ambitious, since the main project is the installation of a small photovoltaic system, in order to become completely autonomous from the energy point of view. A green farmhouse like this could only be in Umbria!
