The agritourism farm "Le Pisarre", organically certified, extends over an area of approximately 30 hectares, on a natural terrace overlooking the gulf and the plain of Sibari, with the Sila mountains behind it. Located in the territory of Rossano, in the oldest and most precious heart of Byzantine Calabria, "Le Pisarre" is an innovative agritourism farm offering high-quality hospitality. After a long and passionate restoration project, carried out in absolute respect for the environment and the historical memory of the places, "Le Pisarre" is an agritourism farm that "stands out": for the beauty of its unspoiled surroundings, for the quantity and high quality of the services offered, for the comfort of the fully renovated premises, for its faithfulness to the original historical memory of the places and to traditions. Le Pisarre offers its guests an ancient 18th-century farmhouse, a structure equipped with all modern comforts that, invisibly, blend with the stone architecture, the wooden beams, the terracotta and everything that evokes and brings back to life the era of its original construction. Le Pisarre maintains its agricultural vocation, with strictly organic production of citrus fruits and olives, vegetables, grapes and honey. On the nearby beach, which is largely free and open, there are numerous beach establishments, excellently equipped also for water sports. All the residential units, although of different sizes, are furnished with refined and functional furniture suitable for every need. Available to guests: 5 apartments each with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette and bathroom, of different sizes, with ideal capacity for groups of 2 to 5 people each, and 7 rooms, all with private bathroom, double, triple and quadruple. The pleasure of a day at the sea, or of a very enjoyable excursion into Byzantine culture, continues at the table as well, savouring the typical dishes of Calabrian cuisine. The restaurant focuses essentially on quality and wholesomeness. The menu is fixed, but distinguished by its continuous variety. Guests who have personal intolerances to the foods planned for the evening are kindly asked to inform us in the morning: we will endeavour, to the extent possible, to accommodate the dietary needs of our guests.
