Zero-kilometer cuisine. Mrs. Imma picks vegetables and organic fruit from her own vegetable garden, while milk and eggs come from the barn and the henhouse, and she uses them to make cakes. All meat comes from local farms, carefully selected by chef Eugenio, as are the cold cuts of their own production. In the small restaurant, with access to the garden and the terrace, you can not only enjoy a breakfast with homemade bread and jams, but also an unforgettable dinner with typical dishes of traditional cuisine. Each dish is a succession of intense flavors and is accompanied by excellent local wines and wines of their own production.
