The company extends over 320 hectares used for pasture, coppice woodland, wheat fields, maize fields, as well as numerous bodies of water and an area designated as a "Sport Fishing Reserve". The company is located on the borders of the Matese Park in an area totally prohibited for hunting where numerous animals can be encountered in their natural state, including falcons, wild ducks, grey herons, pheasants, wild boars, foxes and many other animals; the degree of naturalness of the place has been rewarded in recent years by encounters with both a wildcat and some wolves. An old farmhouse, a small restored stable and an ancient Bourbon watchtower, dating back to the late 1700s, are our agritourism structures surrounded by the greenery of the countryside, in a natural setting rich in history, art and centuries-old traditions, with scents and flowers that alternate according to the seasons: this is the agritourism, in the province of Caserta, on the border with the Venafro countryside. Our facilities are: La Tabacchiera: The house has 5 independent bedrooms, of which 3 double and 2 triple, all with private bathroom. Each room has an independent exit onto the garden which borders a magnificent small lake, a gathering place for ducks and wild swans. The facility offers a shared living room with an American-style kitchenette and a sofa area with the ever-present wood-burning oven. I Porcellini: The facility has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with fireplace and a large American-style kitchenette. Outside, on a splendid south-facing terrace, there is a delightful wood-burning oven. In short, an enchanting place to spend moments of total relaxation forgetting everything. La torre Santa Lucia: The living space of approximately 250 square metres is spread over two levels. On the first there is the living room with fireplace, the dining room, the kitchen with every modern comfort, the characteristic wood-burning oven and finally a double bedroom with a small bathroom; on the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa: The facility consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two splendid living rooms with fireplace. Outdoor area equipped with barbecue and oven. Swimming pool of 60 sq m. Garden of 6000 sq m. Secretariat: Immersed in greenery and adjacent to a splendid body of water is the facility used as the estate's secretariat. A harmonious building perfectly integrated into the vegetation, it consists of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a meeting room.
