Bacco e Bivacco was born from the passion of Marco and Sara to share good food and living in harmony with nature with their friends. The story begins in 2003, when Marco and Sara decide to turn this passion into a real working activity, also drawing on the many years of experience gained in Trentino. And it is precisely there that the desire to undertake this type of activity began to take shape, well aware of the potential and the beauty that the Matese offers, which are certainly not inferior to many other wonderful and far more renowned places. In 2004 they take over the management of the refuge and the Bocca della Selva facility: above all thanks to their commitment, the location is experiencing a strong revival and is becoming a point of reference for the whole of Southern Italy for winter sports and in particular for snowboarding. In 2008 a new Country House is born, La Fattoria di Bacco. The Country House "Bacco e Bivacco" stands at the foot of the Matese Regional Park. It has a capacity of 80 seats, divided into 3 warm and welcoming small rooms, all strictly in bare stone and other materials from our past. The cuisine is the typical cuisine of the Matese Park, alongside a selection of delicious Trentino dishes. For overnight stays, 9 welcoming rooms with facilities are available, for a total of 20 beds. Closing day: Tuesday.
