The stone hamlet where this agritourism sits appears in documents as early as 1213, when it served as a hospitality stop for pilgrims traveling the Via Romea Germanica toward Rome. Located at 800 meters on a natural terrace overlooking the Casentinesi Forests National Park and the Sasso Fratino Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Four apartments, all with two beds: La Caciaia, Il Capanno, La Legnaia, and La Stalla. Carved from the old farmhouses of the area, two of them—La Caciaia and La Legnaia—feature wood-burning fireplaces. Surrounding the property are trails for trekking and mountain biking at various difficulty levels. Just 7.5 km away is Bagno di Romagna Terme, with thermal waters flowing at 45 degrees that have been celebrated since Roman times. Everything is managed by Mauro and his family.
