Fattoria Paradiso, formerly Castello Ugarte Lovatelli, rises on a sunny hill alongside medieval Bertinoro. Fattoria Paradiso has had open cellars since its founding. It was the 1950s when the first wine enthusiasts arrived. This precious product came into contact with the privileges of the countryside and traced the path to a new tourist choice; people who, climbing the hill, were captivated not only by its noble wines, but also by the luminous landscape that surrounds it, by an unspoiled nature, a territory conquered by a great number of peacocks that offer themselves to the wonder of visitors, with the narcissistic and romantic tremor of their courtship dances. Fattoria Paradiso embraced this aspiration and, very soon, alongside the variety of wines and the heritage of natural, historical, artistic and cultural beauties of which it is the custodian, structures and facilities capable of welcoming, in the spirit of hospitality that is the hallmark of this land, an ever-growing number of lovers of this new tourist practice were added. From the restoration, in compliance with the original architecture, of two rural buildings from the 15th and 18th centuries called "Cascina dei Giaggioli" and "Cascina Giardino", located one downhill and the other uphill from the Fattoria, 14 rooms equipped with all amenities have been created. The farm has 20 beds, in 12 rooms and 6 apartments with 1 to 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Bathroom, kitchen and bed linen is provided by the facility and already included in the price of the stay. The rooms are equipped to accommodate disabled guests and have no architectural barriers. Elegantly furnished and named after the estate's wines and products, all our rooms are equipped with heated towel rails, hairdryer, in-room refrigerator, shower or bathtub with enclosure, and a shared living room is available to guests.
