Between history and flavors in the center of Romagna , La Sabbiona offers hospitality in an ancient rural dwelling, in harmony with the past and the comforts of the present. The farm is surrounded by beautiful hills, located in a panoramic position only 7 km from Faenza, on the plains of Ravenna, an ideal point to discover the Emilia Romagna region. The comfortable farmhouse offers delightful apartments and rooms, bed&breakfast, home cooking combined with the excellent wines of our production. At guests' disposal: garden, volleyball court, veranda, WI-FI, and a swimming pool for relaxation. The farmhouse offers different overnight accommodations: rooms furnished with period furniture and apartments services and TV. Genuine breakfast with jams, cakes, tarts prepared by us, possibility to participate in the seasonal work of the countryside, cooking classes for a minimum of 6 participants. To visit: Faenza, Brisighella, Mirabilandia, Castrocaro Terme, Dozza, Ravenna, Forlì. Within 1 hour's drive: the Republic of San Marino, Bologna, Ferrara.

The agriturismo offers various overnight accommodations: rooms furnished with period furniture, bathrooms, TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets.
Room for disabled guests. Double rooms, double room with the possibility of separate beds, family room and double room for single use.
Studio apartments for 3 people with kitchenette, two-room apartments for 4 people with double bedroom and double sofa bed in the kitchen area, a three-room apartment of 75 square meters with double bedroom, twin bedroom, living room, kitchen and private garden area.
Genuine breakfast with jams, cakes, homemade tarts, yogurt, bread of our production, cold cuts and cheese. Swimming pool with large garden, hydromassage, volleyball court, paths and mountain bikes for rent. Catering with typical dishes of Romagna paired with our wines. Possibility of participating in the seasonal work of the countryside. Cooking classes for a minimum of 6 participants.

At La Sabbiona, all our guests have access to: a fully equipped swimming pool, with Roman steps and a hydromassage tub with a panoramic view of the vineyard, a relaxation area in the garden, electric mountain bikes for rent, a children's play area and a volleyball court.
Possibility of visits to the cellar and wine tastings, upon reservation.

Catering with typical Romagna dishes to pair with our wines: outdoors in the summer, in the room with fireplace or in the heated veranda on winter days.

The restaurant is open from May to September generally from Tuesday to Sunday for dinner.

In the autumn-winter period open from Friday evening to Sunday for lunch; it is possible on request for groups of guests also on other evenings by prior arrangement. Open for holidays, long weekends and days before holidays.

Vegetarian and vegan dishes on request, possibility of gluten-free meals.

Breakfast

Breakfast: included in the rooms, on request in the apartments (€8 per adult per day, €5 for children up to 10 years). It is served at Sabbiona in the dining room or on the veranda from 8.00 to 10.00 and includes homemade jams and cakes, bread, rusks, eggs, biscuits, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, cold cuts and cheeses.

Surroundings (Faenza)

The agriturismo is located near Faenza and Forli, about 40 minutes from the beaches of Ravenna and Cervia, about 45 minutes from Bologna. A few km away there are numerous villages to visit, with artistic and naturalistic beauties, as well as several spas.
