It has been recently restructured into 3 independent apartments, both furnished in rustic style and supplied with all commodities. However Villa Podere Quartarola is nevertheless well-situated and offers one to reach easily the most beautiful cities of art in Tuscany and Emilia Romagna, among which Florence (100 km), Ravenna (80 km), Bologna (70 km), Faenza (20 km) and the ancient medieval villages of Brisighella and Modigliana (10 km).
