The agritourism welcomes guests in the hills of Romagna-Tuscany, offering hospitality, and not catering, during the summer period only, from June to September, with weekly stays. The central building of the farmhouse is of medieval origin, restored in the 1990s using ancient materials and techniques and now divided into five flats. Guests discover with us "being well" in the peace and quiet of our countryside - spending entire days at the edge of the large swimming pool - finding baskets of freshly harvested vegetables every morning or going to pick them, as they please, in the large vegetable garden - enjoying the games available for the youngest and the oldest (swings, kites, table tennis, table football) - being able to visit nearby cities of art, spas, seaside resorts, theme parks (Mirabilandia) - enjoying cycling and bike-crossing in the surrounding plains and hills, horse-riding, tennis or golf in facilities available nearby

Terrazza - completely mansard-roofed, it consists of a spacious and bright living room overlooking a terrace, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Camino - accessible via a characteristic external stone staircase, it is carefully furnished and comprises a living room with fireplace, a large kitchen, also with fireplace, two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Pozzo - consists of a living room with kitchenette, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom. Studio apartment with one bathroom - furnished with antique furniture and equipped with all modern appliances. Casetto - is generally preferred by families who appreciate having an entire country house at their disposal for their vacation. Casetto is positioned higher than Settimano, about 600 meters by road but 300 m. via a scenic path. It offers privacy, beautiful views, barbecue/gazebo

Surroundings (Modigliana)

Settimano is located close to Modigliana, 12 miles far from Faenza, famous for its well know International Museum of Ceramics. Hikes along the Apennine Tosco-Emiliano (hills dividing Tuscany from Emilia-Romagna) allow to discover this characteristic landscape. Nearby there is the gorgeous National Park of the “Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona, Campigna” Nearby there are fascinating small towns, with their intact ancient flavor, such as Brisighella. The sea side resorts are only 1 hour drive from Settimano, and Ravenna, with its Romanic churches full of Byzantine mosaics, is only about 30 miles far. Within an hour drive you can reach the city of Bologna. Famous locations are easily reachable: Florence is only 1,5 hour by car or 2 hours by train (about 60 miles away), Venice is 2,5 hours by train/car. Moreover, Mirabilandia, a huge amusement park, is only 30 miles away. Near Settimano there are tennis courts (1km) and two golf courses (20 km)
