Against the backdrop of the beautiful hills of Bologna lies the Ben Ti voglio farmhouse, in the Paleotto-Torriane area, on a hillock at the point where the Striane ditch joins the Torriane stream. The old farmhouse, according to the wishes of the owners, has been restored by re-proposing the salient compositional characteristics of the building and with a view to creating an energy self-sufficient building through the use of alternative eco-sustainable technologies. The farmhouse accommodates its guests in 10 double rooms, equipped with every comfort: private bathroom, free wifi connection, minibar, hairdryer, satellite television, safe deposit box, individually adjustable heating, no smoking, telephone. The stable and hayloft have been converted into a restaurant where delicious breakfasts will be served and events will be organised, offering traditional Bolognese dishes with organic ingredients. The agritourism is an oasis of tranquillity within a farm of 50 hectares of land, including arable land, vineyards, woodland and fruit trees. The forest on the farm is a chestnut wood located at the lowest altitude in the entire province. The estate offers a wide choice of itineraries on foot, by bicycle or by car and is 20 minutes from the historic centre of Bologna. There are easy walking routes through the woods where it is not unusual to encounter wild boar, hares, pheasants, roe deer and squirrels.
