We are a family-run agritourism on 5 hectares of orchards and arable land, just minutes from Bologna city center, the airport and the highway. Our 8 rooms are air-conditioned, clean and equipped with free wifi and TV. You can park in our private enclosed area and recharge your electric car here too. Breakfast is abundant with homemade cakes and jams.

We are the right choice for those working at trade fairs or offices, for visiting the city's museums and the factories of Motor Valley, or simply for a good night's sleep in peace and quiet. The owners manage everything directly, paying attention to every detail: from daily sanitization to guest care.
