The Santissima Trinità agritourism farm is located in the countryside around Bologna, specifically in Bagnarola di Budrio, known in the Bologna area as a unique example of splendid 16th century villas. The restaurant area was obtained after a skilful and careful renovation from an old stable dating back to the late 19th century and the hayloft above it. In this setting, guests can enjoy good, natural cuisine, a cuisine inspired by local products. The flavours of traditional cuisine can be rediscovered by serving healthy and tasty dishes that interpret the culinary tradition of the lowlands with rigour and imagination, keeping strictly to the seasonality of the crops. All the rooms, cosy and very spacious, have been carefully furnished and equipped with all comforts such as independent air conditioning, television and private bathroom.
