Our family has always been farmers; our great-grandparents arrived in Quartesana in the early 1900s and settled on the land that we still cultivate today. The barn-stable in which the farmhouse has been converted dates back at least to the 18th century, since it is already depicted in the maps of the Austro-Hungarian land register of 1770 and has been restored to its original form. In the renovation we wanted to emphasise energy saving, taking advantage of the sun to get clean light and heat, and favouring thermo-acoustic insulation in order to create comfortable and quiet rooms that are still integrated in the rural context. Those who decide to experience our hospitality have the choice between rooms with original furniture from the early 1900s (our family's furniture restored for the occasion) or, alternatively, recent furniture in arte povera. The rooms are all very spacious double rooms, with large bathrooms and the possibility of with the possibility of adding an extra bed if needed. The ceilings have large exposed wooden beams and are made in the traditional manner of Ferrara barns. The walls separating the rooms from one another have been soundproofed for maximum comfort and privacy. Particular attention has been paid to the removal of architectural barriers in order to best accommodate guests with disabilities, ranging from the removal of steps to access with ramps and specifically dedicated services. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, television and a safe are available in every room.
Five soundproofed rooms equipped with bathroom, air conditioning, wi-fi, furnished with family furniture properly restored.
