The simple, well-kept rooms overlook vineyards and rows of vines, offering peace and quiet to anyone looking for a break from the city. At La Vedetta’s restaurant you can taste the flavours of Modena through seasonal menus that follow the rhythm of the countryside: fresh handmade pasta, traditional Emilian dishes and recipes designed to showcase the farm’s own products. The wine list includes the estate’s own labels, such as a popular Rosé Brut, ideal as an aperitif or to enjoy with a meal overlooking the hills. The heart of the farm is the vinegar cellar, where Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is produced in Gold, Silver and Bronze versions, together with family condiments created with time, ageing in wooden barrels and knowledge passed down through generations.
