The "Le Ginestre" farmhouse is located in the Bologna hills of Pianoro. a farmhouse surrounded by greenery and tranquillity, with a large restaurant hall, an outdoor veranda and a conference room for ceremonies (weddings, confirmations, graduations, parties with relatives and business dinners, etc.). The restaurant hall has a capacity of approx. 120 seats. In winter, the indoor dining room has a warm and cosy atmosphere thanks to the lit fireplace, while the air-conditioned outdoor veranda allows you to eat while admiring the garden and the landscape outside. Our culinary preparations rely on fresh produce from both organic farming and the on-site rearing of white Romagna cows and pigs. The cuisine that chef Beniamino offers is typical of Emilia and derives from the ancient teachings handed down by his grandmother Clarice: soups and fresh pasta based on puff pastry, strictly hand-rolled with a rolling pin (tortellini, tortelloni, balanzoni, lasagne, etc.). You can enjoy crescentine and tigelle with cured meats of our own production, mixed grills or succulent roasts; fragrant bread and tasty but delicate and light desserts excellent for any occasion or party. We also offer overnight accommodation with 8 spacious rooms, each with private bathroom, television and internet point. All rooms are furnished in rustic style with solid wood or wrought iron beds. Courses are held in Bolognese cooking, puff pastry and leavened dough, yoga courses, excursions and walks, and archery. Nearby there are riding stables for horseback riding, outdoor or indoor swimming pools, tennis courts and a golf course.
