In our kitchen we prepare typical mountain recipes from the area such as tortelli, pasta, wild boar, cacciatore, mushrooms, cured meats and fruit tarts, using mostly our own products in respect of the seasons. Our valley is famous for Parmigiano Reggiano, Parma prosciutto, Salame di Felino and Vini dei Colli di Parma.
