Welcome to the SacreTerre restaurant, where cuisine is born from the vegetable garden, orchard and small producers of the Parma Apennines. Each dish tells the season: vegetables harvested in the morning, wild herbs, mountain dairy cheeses, typical cured meats, oil from our hills and stone-ground flours. Our philosophy is simple: few ingredients, carefully selected, slow processing and clean flavours. The menu changes often to respect nature's cycles and reduce waste. You'll find land-based dishes, creative vegetable plates and some traditional Parma recipes reinterpreted with lightness. What awaits you • Seasonal appetizers: roasted vegetables, homemade pickled vegetables, savoury pies with herbs from the garden. • Fresh handmade pasta and fragrant broths. • Second courses cooked at low temperature or on the grill, vegetables from the garden. • Sourdough bread, crispy breadsticks and homemade desserts. Wine cellar The wine list favours artisanal producers, predominantly organic and biodynamic, with a selection of local labels and some ventures into other regions. Juices and self-produced fermented beverages are also available. For those with special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, intolerances) we prepare dedicated menus: mention it when making your reservation. Hours and reservations The restaurant is open by reservation, with a limited number of covers to guarantee peace and quality of service. We also organize outdoor lunches in fine weather, tastings and themed dinners. Sitting at table at SacreTerre means slowing down: time is given by the earth, we add care, warmth and a smile. Bon appétit.
