At 500 metres altitude, on the hills above Tizzano Val Parma, SacreTerre occupies an ancient village surrounded by 20 hectares of meadow and woodland: the panorama opens onto the Parma valley. It is an organic farm, with fruit orchard and olive grove. The nine bed and breakfast rooms are housed in the restored village buildings; at breakfast you will find homemade cakes. In the woods there is a natural lake and a large oak tree; you may spot roe deer, hares, foxes - someone even tells of a wolf. For those who practise yoga or meditation there are two rooms, one small and intimate, the other spacious. Giovanna and Raffaele also organise lunches and dinners for companies, using organic ingredients. You arrive at the end of a small lane that starts from the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori, within the Unesco Biosphere Reserve.
