Located in a quiet country village, within a green frame all around, the holiday farm the hawk tower is 1 km far from san vito al tagliamento town. He restaurant is run by the home family, proposing seasonal specialities made out of typical food products (cheese, smoked ricotta, pittina [i. e . Sausage made of mountain game, goat or sheep meat]) and inspired by local cookery, like homemade pasta or gnocchetti, tasty meat dishes as well as sweets and cakes from old-tradition recipe books. And all that is perfectly combined with the winery’s heritage. Moreover, our guests are given vegetable and fruit grown in our farm according to environment-friendly methods. All rooms are supplied with wc and conditioned air. A small relax area is reserved for the rooms’ guests. Nearby, a store provides for all holiday farm’s products: wines from “friuli grave” cdo, seasonal fruit and vegetable, apple juice, apple acid juice, jam pots containing all the flavours, scents and traditions of this land.
