In keeping with the agriturismo philosophy, the kitchen predominantly uses products from its own farm to satisfy guests' tastes with typical local dishes and fine game-based preparations. An example of our dishes? 'Composte' of white meats - crespelle alla lepre - ravioli al cinghiale - tortelli alla carne e alle verdure - pasta al farro - nidi di quaglia - filetti di pernice allo speck - terrina di faraona - gulyàs - special desserts and made to order.
