Cobragor's restaurant is born from countryside cuisine: simple, carefully prepared dishes linked to the season, with organic ingredients and raw materials chosen based on what nature offers at the best time. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, perfect for a family lunch, a day with friends or for those who wish to eat surrounded by greenery without leaving Rome. On weekends and holidays we offer a fixed "surprise" menu, which changes often: a complete course with mixed appetizers, two first courses, a second course (with vegetarian option), seasonal side dishes and dessert. A dedicated menu is also available for the youngest. Among outdoor tables and spaces immersed in the Insugherata Reserve, every lunch becomes an authentic pause, made of true flavors and slower times.
