The structure was born from the careful restoration of two traditional farmhouses, typical of Western Ligurian rural architecture, using most of the original materials recovered from partial demolitions. This meticulous renovation has resulted in two cozy rooms for 2-3 guests and an apartment for 4 guests, all equipped with a private bathroom and a kitchenette. Each accommodation is dedicated to legendary mystery writers – Montalbán, Camilleri, and Simenon – and preserves the rustic charm of its origins. Camilleri Apartment: Separate from the main building, this accommodation was once a stable and storage area, built entirely of stone. It features a double bed and a sofa bed, along with a beautiful terrace, perfect for relaxing in the open air. Montalbán Room: Formerly a wine cellar for the local farming family, this room has an independent entrance and thick stone walls, keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter. The rustic country-style furnishings enhance its authentic atmosphere. Simenon Room: Converted from an old hayloft, this room features stone walls and rustic furnishings. It has an intimate and romantic ambiance, with green tones that evoke the freshness of nature. The spacious and elegant bathroom is crafted from antique wood. The price includes breakfast, bed and bath linens, and final cleaning, ensuring a worry-free stay immersed in Ligurian tradition.
