The tranquility of the place makes it suitable also for the retreat of football teams, within a few kilometers there are an 11-a-side field and a 7-a-side field (regulation), two swimming pools, green gym and a network of paths for aerobic training.

Description Della Barcareccia

In the Alta Val di Vara, in the municipality of Calice al Cornoviglio, at an altitude of 740 meters, surrounded by meadows and clearings, lies the Azienda Agrituristica della Barcareccia. The name comes from an ancient communication path between the mountains and the sea, historically used for transporting timber, which still passes right in front of the house. From here, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys, and on clear days, even the Ligurian-Tuscan coastline. It is the perfect setting for peace and relaxation. The rural-style building, surrounded by six hectares of land used for grazing and various crops, offers accommodation in charming guest rooms as well as camping areas. The family-run agriturismo maintains a harmonious balance between nature and human work, a principle that remains unaltered over time. Visitors can experience the authentic flavors, scents, and emotions of rural life, far from the fast-paced routine of city living.

Services Farm-house

In the company there is a riding stable with 6 horses, with which it is possible to take rides or natural horsemanship lessons with qualified staff. A horse boarding service is also provided and a stopping point for long journeys for those traveling the Alta via dei Monti Liguri, a suggestive and panoramic path, easily accessible on foot or by mountain bike. In the area surrounding the agritourism it is possible to camp freely using the services of the dwelling.
