The house is located on the hills, in the municipality of Castelnuovo Magra (La Spezia). The Apuane Alps rise behind it and the Ligure Sea is in front of it. It is in a green area with a 3500 square meters garden, between olive trees, oaks, pines, oleanders, palms, lemon trees, fruit trees and many flowers. The view is particularly suggestive, especially in the evening, when the valley appears in a mixture of lights and colours. From the Casa Vacanze you overlook the Magra Valley, in Lunigiana, a land full of charm, with delightful and changeable landscapes, churches, castels and medieval villages. Here you will find a relaxing time and the contact with the nature, becouse the house is in a very greeen area, far from the chaos and the noises of the shoreline and with a wonderful view to the sea. In 10 minutes you can reach the sea and choose among equipped and comfortables beaches and free ones, or you could decide to arrive by boat in one of the delicious small bays that are along the coast of Mount Marcello, to the Gulf of Poets of Lerici and to the Cinque Terre (�Five Lands�). You can go by foot, by bike, by horse-riding, on the uncountable paths in the woods, along the river, on the hills or in the pines that accompany the shore or you can choose the moving life of the coastline, rich of cultural events, fairs, feats, restaurants, pubs and discos. In around one hour you can reach by car the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Genova and the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the Gulf of Poets. Or you can reach Campo Cecina and take a fresh day on the mountains for yourself, at 1200 meters, with a beautiful view on the sea and on the marble caves. All the Magra Valley is surrounded by hills on witch there are amazing medieval villages with castles, ancient church, museums. Here you can taste the typical local foods: the famous Vermentino of the Colli di Luni, the �testaroli�, the wild boar meat, the �rosticciana�, the rice cake, the �sgabei� , etcetera. Near the house you can find bar, pizzeria, restaurant, swimming pool, horse riding area and, just 3 km far, there is a big Commercial Center with supermarkets, laundry, bakery, snack bar, fish monger�s shop, stationer�s, post office, medical department, pharmacy and a bank.
