Villa Cavallini, an exclusive setting immersed in nature, is located along the route of the Via Francigena, five kilometres from the well-known beaches of Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Marina di Pietransanta and Forte Dei Marmi, and fifteen kilometres from the free beach of Lecciona in the San Rossore and Migliarino nature reserve. The Camaiore area is known for its road biking, mountain biking and downhill biking trails. Not far from the villa, in the area of the hamlets Casoli and Metato, there are cliff faces for sports climbing. In the same area, there are also Cai trails in the mountainous area surrounding Camaiore. Villa Cavallini has recently been renovated and is equipped with spacious suites and double rooms, each with its own bathroom and all modern comforts (wi-fi, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning). The structure is located within the wooded park owned by the Cavallini family, at the end of the private road called Via Cavallini, a dirt road that winds its way up 7 hairpin bends (access is not recommended for sports cars or low-slung motorbikes). In a quiet and exclusive location, the farmhouse offers an original accommodation solution in a historic setting surrounded by nature. Starting from April 2020, the structure has decided to change the breakfast service, assigning each room a private room for exclusive use where breakfast will be served every morning, no longer as a buffet but prepared according to the guest's requests. The large garden equipped with various areas with tables and gazebos will still be available, where guests will be able to enjoy their breakfast while respecting the necessary distances between them.

There are 4 spacious double bedrooms (from 38 m2 to 48 m2) and 2 suites (consisting of a double bedroom and a room with a sofa bed of one and a half places). All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and private bathroom and all have sea view.
