Surrounded by the stunning sea of the Cinque Terre, the green landscapes of Versilia, and the Apuan Alps Park, the estate is located just 6 km from the coast. With dedication and expertise, grapevines, olive trees, and fruit plants are cultivated here, producing jams, vegetables, and organic eggs. The farm also offers DOC wines from the Colli di Luni and extra virgin olive oil for sale. All apartments are equipped with heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection. Guests can enjoy a panoramic swimming pool nestled among the olive trees, as well as a gym with Technogym equipment. Tennis courts and horse-riding centers are located just a few minutes away. Additionally, banks, pharmacies, and essential services can be found nearby. Agriturismo Monteverde is housed in three historic Ligurian farmhouses, carefully restored while respecting the local architectural tradition. Within the 7-hectare estate, in addition to the three farmhouses, there is a 19th-century villa where the owners reside permanently, along with another villa featuring two rental apartments. The 19th-century villa is surrounded by a 6,000-square-meter park with a small vegetable garden. Guests have access to spacious indoor and outdoor areas. All apartments include private bathrooms, heating, air conditioning, and direct garden access, except for the Edera, Iris, and Ginestra apartments, which are located on the first floor and feature stunning panoramic terraces.
