In the winter, when frost cover the cabbage fields, the "Cassoeula" is second to none. Traditionally, from the wooden fire, here comes the wheaten bread, yolk bread, bread whith nuts and cereal seed bread. All of which are rigorously made with the biological flour that is produced in the farm.Yet satisfied the costumer never renounces the desserts and a very light blackcurrant millefoglie or a coffee parfait. ou can also drink valid wine labels from Oltrepo' Pavese.
