Welcome! I’m Luigi! My wife Francesca and I, met in 1999, during the harvest, and since then we have started dreaming about the future of this small company situated in Valtènesi area, between Muscoline and Polpenazze del Garda, on the west coast of Garda Lake: a small family business that covers an area of 18 hectares, 9 cultivated with vineyards and 2.5 cultivated with olive trees. My wife Francesca and I are deeply united by our love for the world of wine and we love to describe in this way our project: “Our passion is to produce wines of highest quality but even more we love to tell their story; in front of a glass of wine we tell ourselves, hearts open and the souls meet and manage to touch each other. In all these years we have told friends, visitors, tourists, simple enthusiasts to the world of wine, our history and we were lucky enough to live and be part of them: different and incredible events, but for a few moments, we felt our … this is the magic of wine! “ “Open your eyes … look what you drink” is not just our slogan … it is much more: it represents our way of being, our philosophy on the world of wine and everything that surrounds it, starting with wine tourism. And finally the evolution of our concept of tourism linked to wine and the environment has started, which has led us to the realization of a great dream: “The Agriturismo in to the Winery”. Water, Earth, Air and Fire are the elements that inspired the construction of the four apartments on the upper floor of the winery; spacious, bright and welcoming, all with private balcony overlooking the beautiful sunset of the Valtènesi hills. Each apartment is self-heating and is powered by self-produced electricity from the photovoltaic panels on the roof of the building. The furniture has been taken care of by us in the smallest details, recovering also old wood, beams and doors to recreate a rustic and country setting and inserted in the context of a wine cellar; the apartments are equipped with every comfort: wifi, air conditioning, a kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee machine, toaster. A perfect mix of mode andvintage that makes them unique and really comfortable. We have chosen not to put television sets inside but to equip each apartment with books to read and box-games for the whole family. Sometimes, however, it is difficult to satisfy all needs and have books in all languages: from there the idea of ​​proposing, to people that come to stay in our agriturismo, to exchange some of his used books, for adults and for children, with a few bottles of wine … a very special way to share and revive reading! And you too who are reading can be an active part of this project and we thank you now! Only the best for the reception of our guests to offer them a relaxing holiday in nature in our Agriturismo during which they will be involved in some phases of agricultural production.

Services Farm-house

The services included in our price are the following: bedsheets and towels, free wifi, use of the swimming pool, linen change and apartment cleaning for stays of at least 2 weeks, breakfast for stays of at least 7 nights. During your stay we will be at your disposal to provide you with useful information regarding the main attractions on Lake Garda: museums, parks, spa, local events, restaurants etc... You will not find TV in the rooms but a box containing books to read, games and cards for the whole family. Small and medium-sized dogs are our welcome guests as long as they are well-behaved and respectful of other guests staying on the farm. The rate for the stay of your 4-legged friends is € 10 per dog.
