The Villino Belvedere, newly built, has a living room - kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with whirlpool tub) and a furnished loggia of 60 sqm overlooking the large garden. The farmhouse, recently renovated, is divided into three apartments: Bacco (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room/kitchen) and Cerere (one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room kitchen) are located on the ground floor, respectively where wine barrels were once stored and bread was made in the oven: they share the portico and the garden with barbecue; Minerva (living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms – 1 double bed and 1 with single beds – and 2 bathrooms with shower) is located on the 1st floor, with direct access via a small bridge to a private garden with century-old olive trees.
