We are pleased to provide our guests with all the welcome and functionality of our facility, offering a friendly, familiar, attentive availability to your needs, contributing to creating a comfortable atmosphere, ideal for those who wish to spend relaxing moments away from the hectic pace of the city in a particularly attractive location. The La Guardata farmhouse is the result of the careful renovation of a farm dating back to the end of the 19th century. The original structures and beautiful Art Nouveau furnishings have been recovered. Two old silos, formerly used to store fodder, not only characterise the structure but also testify to its ancient origins. Situated in a dominant position over the Sinarca river valley, it is located in the middle of a vast plum orchard that in spring gives a splendid blooming, much sought after by local beekeepers for the production of an excellent honey. The exterior has been equipped with greenery to allow you to relax and enjoy the walk to the company lake at the river and a grove. It is 5 minutes from the beach at Termoli (CB) and from the boarding point for the Tremiti Islands, allowing excursions to the Gargano and inland Molise with its beautiful landscapes and archaeological sites.

The farm features 6 rooms. Furnished with period furniture, the bedrooms showcase original architectural elements (barrel ceilings, arches and stone walls). The only concessions to modernity are a color television and air conditioning. During your stay, guests will be guided to discover the numerous gastronomic opportunities of Molise cuisine. A hearty breakfast awaits you each morning, featuring homemade pastries and preserves. For those interested, it is possible to visit the crops normally cultivated on the farm, particularly cereals (wheat, corn, sunflower...), tomatoes, sugar beets, as well as plums destined mainly for drying.
