Five apartments in a 19th-century farmhouse in Bioglio, in Upper Piedmont. Valentina restored it over 12 months, preserving the original building that once housed farming families. The windows overlook the estate's vineyards, surrounded by woodland.

On terraces recovered by hand, 6,000 square meters of Nebbiolo grow—the region's historic vine variety—alongside apple trees, persimmon trees, oaks and birches. The vegetable garden produces tomatoes, zucchini, potatoes, chard, lettuce, and squash: a fresh vegetable box is available daily for those who want one. A free dispenser provides Biellese water, filtered, still or sparkling.

Each apartment has WiFi connection designed for remote workers, with the option to adapt a room as an office. Valentina and Fabrizio, who have worked in tourism for over 20 years across Europe and South America, organize evening aperitivos and barbecues with guests: those who stay longer often end up getting to know the village neighbors.
