Angela leads the kitchen, following family recipes from Ossola: hand-made tagliatelle, roasts, polenta, and freshly baked desserts. Cured meats and cheeses come from the agriturismo's own farm - goats, cattle, pigs, rabbits, and geese - along with tomini di capra and fresh pasta, also available for takeaway. Charcuterie boards and snacks complete the offering, always featuring their own products. For birthdays and celebrations, the kitchen also provides catering services. The 200-square-meter dining hall welcomes groups, meetings, and business dinners, located along the state road to Macugnaga.
