Immersed in the Novara countryside, our Residenza di Charme is the ideal place to rediscover one's wellbeing enveloped in an atmosphere full of class and tradition that harks back to ancient flavours. Its strategic position favours proximity to the major cities of Novara, Milan, Turin, Genoa and the airports of Malpensa and Linate. The Residence, completely autonomous from the energy point of view due to the presence of a photovoltaic system, has ample internal parking with video surveillance. Furnished with refined period furniture, an expression of refined taste, and equipped with notable comforts (air conditioning, mini bar, safe, Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV), the Residenza's eleven rooms can be set up in either a double or twin bed version. Our rooms allow you to stay in the type of room that best suits your needs, with a choice of: Suite, Superior and Standard. All offers include breakfast, on which occasion you can also sample the numerous local products. If you book a Suite or Superior room, you can also request an extra bed. Additional facilities in the Residence include: the Meeting Room, where conferences and business meetings can be held, and the Dining Room, in which we will organise a catering service on request to cater for a variety of needs, such as events, group dinners, parties, anniversaries, etc. Moreover, thanks to the presence of the Wellness Centre, also available free of charge to our guests, with its fitness area, infinity pool, sauna and hammam, your stay at our Residence will be even more pleasant and gratifying. Each of the eleven rooms available to our guests is equipped with every comfort: individually controlled air conditioning, mini bar, safe, free Wi-Fi connection, and television with satellite channels. All rooms are furnished with refined period furniture, an expression of refined taste, and personalised with different objects and colours, features that will make your stay at our Residence unforgettable, even when due to work and business reasons.
