Mrs. Maria and her daughters have succeeded in uniting tourism and nature, in which gastronomy, popular tradition and genuineness take on the utmost importance. In the Masseria Carrone the Mucca Podolica, the Murgese Horse, pigs and courtyard animals are bred. We produce top quality organic extra virgin olive oil, from olives harvested directly from old trees, aged cheeses and caciotta, all coming from our own farms. In the Masseria Carrone, salamis, pickles, jams and delicious aromatic herbs are prepared. It also offers the possibility of staying in the ancient renovated rooms equipped with every comfort and upon awakening the customers can take advantage of an abundant breakfast.
