We offer typical Sardinian tradition; our dishes are prepared with ingredients from by our farm. It starts appetizer of ham, olives, "coccoi", vegetables and cheese, "Casual ageru", fresh sheep cheese typical of the pastoral tradition, grilled vegetables from the garden of the house. Taste the "malloreddus" and "culurgioni" potato ravioli, cheese like ricotta, ravioli, mushroom, pasta with vegetable sauces. Pecorino cheese and seasonal vegetables. And for the desserts the "sebadas" the ravioli with ricotta and lemon, the "pardule", "orrubiolus" and many other sweets. The dinner ended with a good glass of myrtle.
