Is Cheas was founded in 2013 by Francesca and Juan Carlos. After some years spent working in their respective careers, Juan Carlos is an agro-industry engineer and Francesca is graduated in international project management, they’ve decided to put together their knowledges and experiences for a new project. Is Cheas was designed to be a sustainable farm and touristic project in the respect of traditional and ancestral architecture, design and food elements from the native lands of their owners and has become a unique farm inspired by their way of living and previous international experiences. This project is a fusion between their native cultures and backgrounds (Francesca is from Sardinia and Juan Carlos from Ecuador) and has the fortune of being supported by an excellent team of architects, chefs, wine makers, engineers, landscapers, family and from every single collaborator that every day contribute to make the farm and the project grow.

The culinary proposal combines local, fresh and tasty Sardinian food with high quality wines produced by the farm. At Is Cheas Farm we produce different varities of certificaded Sardinian grapes such as Vermentino, Cannonau, Monica, Sardinian Bovale and Carignano that are vinified by a prestigious Sardinian wineary. The farm to table is an essential part of our philosophy of hospitality We’ve dedicated ten hectares of land to the production and promotion of sustainable agriculture and quality products that we serve in our restaurant. Our talented chefs enchant with a five-course dinner menu every evening at the Is Cheas Restaurant. The Cottage Pool Bar is open during all day and serve local cheese, gourmet sandwiches, raw fish and fresh fruits in the pool area. In addition to the private pools, guests also benefit from a swimming pool with private relax area with deckchairs and shaded area. Tasting dinner menus and American breakfast are included in the rate.
Is Cheas has four exclusive Suites, the Pinnettas. Inspired by the ancient cone-shaped pastoral constructions typical of Sardinia, they have been designed for the guests’ well-being and have been made with local and environmentally friendly materials. All the Lodges have an exclusive private pool and garden. Is Cheas also have two Farm House Suites, located within the estate’s farm house and surrounded by gardens.
