At Pozzillo, a hamlet of Acireale, the agriturismo Zahra sits in the midst of a lemon grove of white blossoms, at the foot of Mount Etna. In Sicily these citrus groves are called gardens, and between spring and summer the fragrance of flowers drifts all the way to the terrace. From there you can see the sea on one side and the volcano on the other. There is a swimming pool. Luca and Daniela manage everything. The rooms are clean and unpretentious. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the baroque towns, medieval villages, beaches and the hiking trails of Etna. You'll need a car to get around, but the drive is short.
