In Buseto Palizzolo, between Erice and San Vito Lo Capo, Fattoria Spezia was born from the restoration of old rural buildings: stone, wood, and traditional farm tools left inside and outside the houses. Surrounding the property is an aromatic garden and a geo-botanical orchard. The apartments are independent, each equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette, refrigerator, bathroom with shower, autonomous heating and air conditioning; bed linens are changed weekly, or daily for an additional fee.
The farm also operates as an educational facility: offering courses in gastronomy, sewing and embroidery, and guided tours for school groups. The garden features a swimming pool with solarium, bocce court, table football, ping pong, and a playground with swings and slides. Guests traveling with dogs will find a dedicated area. There is ample parking for cars and campers.
The farm produces olive oil, wine, homemade jams, honey and vegetables from the orchard, available for purchase upon request. The facility is part of the Trek&Kids program, offering trails for hikers and activities designed for children.
