Discover the restaurant

The food prepared in our kitchen is characterized by authenticity and freshness. The flavors of Trapanese cuisine have been preserved intact thanks also to the precious teachings of the family elders. All our delicious preparations take advantage of the natural availability of the vegetable garden and our farm productions. At the farm it is possible to purchase extra virgin olive oil, citrus fruits, eggs and seasonal fruit as well as preserves in general. The farm also makes available, upon request, typical dairy products such as ricotta, tuma, pecorino cheese, honey and local wine.

The menu

The dishes prepared in our kitchen are inspired by authenticity and freshness. The traditional flavors of the Trapani cuisine have been carefully preserved thanks also to the valuable teachings of the elderly members of the family. All our delicious specialties are made using fresh produce from the vegetable garden and the farm’s own products.

At the farm it is possible to purchase extra virgin olive oil, citrus fruits, eggs, seasonal fruit and homemade preserves. Upon request, the farm also offers typical local dairy products such as ricotta, tuma cheese, pecorino cheese, as well as local honey and wine.

Fixed menu: rustic homemade appetizers with 10 buffet varieties, 3 tasting portions of first courses, mixed grilled meat, side dish, fruit, dessert, water, coffee and liqueur included.
