These are the "secrets" of the restaurant and our pizzeria, which the Fazio family has run with care and passion for many years. In the heart of the Trapani countryside, a few minutes from Segesta, Baglio Nuovo was born from the Fazio family's desire to promote their territory and their products, while preserving the area from depopulation. In just a few years, Baglio Nuovo has established itself as one of the best typical restaurants in the territory, thanks to a scrupulous selection of raw materials (almost exclusively zero-kilometer) and the rediscovery of traditional Sicilian dishes. Worthy of note is a vast assortment of typical cheeses, produced by the family artisanal dairy (located just a few hundred meters from the restaurant) and the opportunity to taste excellent pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven. Among the specialties of our kitchen, in addition to cheeses, are the busiate drawn in bronze, local meats and a multitude of typical Sicilian appetizers. Baglio Nuovo restaurant is also the ideal solution for small banquets, to celebrate with your loved ones in a healthy environment particularly suitable for families with children. We are also able to prepare gluten-free dishes (for celiacs) and vegetarian dishes.
