If we were to draw an imaginary line from the top of Mount Etna to city of Taormina, then halfway down we would come across the ‘CASE PERROTTA’ farm holiday centre. Our accommodation is provided in comfortably furnished en-suite rooms made out of the old farm buildings, where you can spend peaceful days and relaxing holidays. The Perrotta farm holiday centre is on the slopes of Mount Etna, 700 m above sea level, in the Sant’Alfio area a stone’s throw away from its age-old chestnut tree, the “Casatgno dei Cento Cavalli”. Case Perrotta is equidistant to the two excursion bases: Rifugio Sapienza and Piano Provenzana. The farm estate, in the Strada del Vino (vine road) itineraries and just grazes the Parco Naturale dell’Etna (Etna’s natural park) and faces the sea, affording striking views of the rock of Taormina, the port of Riposto and the gulf.
