Fagiolari is a bed & breakfast in an 800 year-old, beautifully restored country house, surrounded by it’s own olive trees, vineyard and forest. It’s in the heart of Tuscany near many other small villages and towns such as Volpaia, Lamole, Greve, Radda and Castellina. Day trips to Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano and Florence can easily be made from Fagiolari.

The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with hand-crafted Tuscan furniture. In all the rooms there is the possibility of adding a third, and in some cases even a fourth bed. Each room has air conditioning, courtesy kit, pool towels, phon, fridge and kettle. In an isolated corner of the garden is also a charming cottage has air conditioning, kitchen - living room well equipped, with a large outdoor area with umbrellas, chairs and table, ideal for 2 persons

Typical Cuisine
Giulietta is well known in Chianti for her cooking and hospitality, and is delighted to share her many recipes and techniques for preparing a variety of Tuscan meals. Leathe secrets of the Tuscan kitchen in a real one that is also well suited for teaching and hands-on participation. The rustic kitchen easily handles up to six students; larger groups can be accommodated with a little notice. You can help plan the menu with fresh local ingredients of the season. Guests from all over Chianti come to Fagiolari to enjoy an unforgettable experience. Leahow to put together the right primo and secondo, as well as contorno and dolce. We usually start at 11:00 for lunch cooking classes and around 5:00 for dinner. Classes last between 2 and 2-1/2 hours, and each student gets an apron and a recipe book. After the class… everybody at the table! (With plenty of Giulietta’s own Chianti, from grapes grown and crushed right at Fagiolari!)
